IL Republican Party Chairwoman Kathy Salvi - May Breakfast Speaker

The Vermilion County Republican Party was excited to host Illinois Republican Party Chairwoman Kathy Salvi as the May breakfast speaker.

Kathy Salvi has served as the Chair of the Illinois Republican Party since July 2024. Vermilion County Republicans were delighted to have her as the May breakfast speaker on May 5th, 2025.

Salvi made the drive from Lake County, IL where she and her husband, Al Salvi, reside currently. Salvi told Vermilion County Republicans what the IL Republican Party is currently doing to increase republican turnout in elections and how Vermilion County can lead to help with this. In order to raise money, the IL Republican Party recently hosted the "Red Gala" which was a successful event according to Salvi. She also mentioned how she has met with other national republicans to use the same tactics they have in their states to turn Illinois red.
